Our Cancellation Policy
We at Bliss Wellness and Aesthetic Studios want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise, and you need to adjust your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $50.00. Any “no shows” will be charged 25% of the service amount. In the case of multiple services at a single appointment, a cancellation without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 25% of the service amount. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file that will be required for scheduling.
Appointments made within the spa mean that we’ve reserved space and a provider, specifically for you. Appointment dates for services help us to make sure that clients don’t miss the opportunity to receive services. Blush Medical Spa’s booking policy and cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we could fill any last-minute availability. We do not want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service.

Under Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) “individually identifiable health information” may be disclosed only with written permission to anyone other than the patient. All discussions about patient medical conditions must be kept in a private setting. All medical records are to be accessed on an as needed basis.
